Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of payment from available stock in our workshop. 

Please allow at least 7 business days for the making and sending of your item - though this may take longer depending on the item, current back log and time of year. eg. at Christmas or for custom orders. 

Unless otherwise requested, your package will normally be sent by Royal Mail or courier and the courier may contact you directly via email or text to enable delivery.
